Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking
  • willingness to follow food safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of drink preparation and mixology
  • ability to handle cash and POS systems
  • teamwork and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • Greet customers with a smile when seated
  • prepare bar stations including pouring stations and glassware before opening
  • restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standards using recipes, glassware, and garnishes
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills and clear unused items
  • deliver and settle bills in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety rules
