Job Requirements

  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Have 1-2 years of prior bartending experience
  • Be positive energetic and ready to assist fellow support staff
  • Work well as a team player
  • Communicate effectively with managers employees and all guests
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to work days nights weekends and holidays
  • Have the physical ability to stand walk and occasionally stoop kneel push pull or lift

Job Duties

  • Create prepare garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the restaurant's standard drink recipes while tending to bar patrons
  • Receive orders and serve food to guests dining at the bar
  • Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner and assist with restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies including required side work
  • Remain educated on menu offerings and respond promptly to requests or questions about menus dietary restrictions and other restaurant functions and services
  • Prepare and present final bill process payment and report all gratuities received to comply with IRS standards of reporting income
