Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
- Customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening, and restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Ensure guests are well attended, offer drink refills, and clear any unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank guests and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
