Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Basic knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
  • Customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening, and restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • Ensure guests are well attended, offer drink refills, and clear any unused items
  • Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank guests and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
