Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older (21 plus preferred)
  • previous bartending experience preferred but not required
  • knowledge of basic drink recipes and responsible alcohol service
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • must be able to lift/move 20 lbs
  • flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and engage members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards
  • take food and beverage orders when needed
  • ensure proper cash handling and accurate use of the POS system
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
  • monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible service of alcohol
  • provide information on menu offerings and upcoming club events
  • assist with setup and breakdown of bar service for events or banquets
