Job Duties
- Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
- Sets up and stocks assigned bars with necessary supplies
- Maintains stock and quality of fresh fruit and perishables
- Greets guests courteously and processes drink orders using standard recipes
- Checks guests for proper identification and manages intoxication as trained
- Handles cash transactions accurately and secures deposits
- Performs cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
- Arranges bottles and glassware for an attractive bar display
- Washes and sterilizes stemware
- Performs additional duties as assigned
