Job Duties

  • Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly and timely manner
  • Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
  • Sets up and stocks assigned bars with necessary supplies
  • Maintains stock and quality of fresh fruit and perishables
  • Greets guests courteously and processes drink orders using standard recipes
  • Checks guests for proper identification and manages intoxication as trained
  • Handles cash transactions accurately and secures deposits
  • Performs cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
  • Arranges bottles and glassware for an attractive bar display
  • Washes and sterilizes stemware
  • Performs additional duties as assigned
