- ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- manual dexterity to perform bar tasks such as cutting, measuring, pouring, and serving

Job Duties
- Serve patrons at the front bar and fulfill drink orders for the dining room
- monitor the cash drawer at the bar
- deliver consistently high level of customer service
- maintain a safe environment by identifying and removing problem clients
- keep the bar area clean in accordance with company and health department guidelines
- maintain an accurate cash drawer and account for discrepancies
- mix drinks based on company serving sizes to control costs
- develop an efficient work pace to keep customers satisfied
