Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Possess TAM/Alcohol Awareness Card
- Hold Food Handler Safety Training Card
- Outgoing personality
- Positive attitude
- Passion for the brand
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Compliance with employee handbook and training manuals
- Strong knowledge of craft beer and whiskey
- Fast foot speed and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to greet guests warmly within specified time frames
- Ability to memorize menus and procedural abbreviations
- Experience operating POS systems
- Capability to handle monetary transactions accurately
- Commitment to observing alcohol service laws
- Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, stoop, twist and lift supplies
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness and perform opening and closing duties
- Submission of proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or approved accommodation

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with personal style and a warm smile
- Provide friendly, personable, efficient, and helpful service
- Maintain a high awareness level of the bar area
- Memorize food, drink, and rotating menus daily to respond to guest inquiries
- Write food and drink orders using Eureka's abbreviations and ticket writing procedures
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently
- Collect money and handle cash and credit card transactions according to policy
- Prepare and serve beverages after proper POS entry according to time and quality standards
- Observe state and federal laws regarding alcohol service
- Deliver food and drink orders with correct placement
- Cut fruits to garnish drinks
- Polish and roll silverware
- Transport plates, bowls, and glasses as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and service bar floor
- Replace beer kegs and CO2
- Replenish condiments such as straws, napkins, and ice
- Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and food prep
- Assemble and dismantle workstation
- Maintain beverage inventory at serving temperatures and restock the bar
