Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- must be able to work in hot and cold temperature environments
- must be able to work in noisy and fast paced environment with distractions
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- must be able to move about facility and stand for long periods
- must be able to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
- must dress according to company dress code and maintain a neat, clean and professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
- ability to communicate effectively with guests
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures
- ability to operate Micros point of sale system or willingness to learn
- friendly attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to sanitation procedures
- maintain personal bank and ensure accuracy in transactions
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and notify manager if necessary
- follow bar recipes for consistency and cost control
- keep station clean and set up/take down tables
- greet guests in friendly and timely manner
- take accurate food and drink orders
- maintain knowledge of menu items and preparation
- enter orders into Micros system accurately
- manage sales on personal Micros keys and complete station side work
- operate Micros and handle credit card transactions accurately
- ensure proper food garnishing and delivery to designated areas
- work efficiently following full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- participate in sales incentives and contests
- complete bar inventories and daily requisition sheets
- complete opening and closing duties timely
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- assist team members as needed
- bus and reset tables
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery and maintaining drink levels
- foster favorable working relationship with team members
- listen and communicate effectively with guests and team members
- maintain friendly demeanor and frequent smiling
- work in noisy and fast paced environment
