Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
one to three months of related experience or training
valid state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
excellent customer service skills
legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts

Job Duties

Greet customers within 30 seconds with a warm, friendly greeting

prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
conduct wine service
comply with state beverage service certification requirements
maintain a fun and energetic service attitude
work collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent guest experiences
