Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the US
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitask
- Willingness to follow food safety guidelines
- Physical capability to perform job duties
Job Qualifications
- Experience in bartending or beverage service
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
- Ability to engage customers and suggest menu items
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Teamwork and multitasking abilities
- Adherence to food safety standards
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly as they are seated
- Prepare bar stations including pour stations and glassware before opening
- Restock limited beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard using recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- Ensure customers are well served, offer refills, and clear unused items
- Deliver and settle customer checks promptly, thank guests and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety rules
