Job Requirements

- work in environments with both hot and cold temperatures such as freezers and around cooking equipment
- work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- read and write handwritten notes

- move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- walk or stand 100% of shift
- reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to read and communicate in English
- restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
- skilled in effectively communicating with guests to generate enthusiasm
- able to operate Micros and handle credit card transactions
- friendly and able to smile frequently
- able to work in a noisy, fast paced environment
- dress in proper dress code requirements
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
- maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure all financial transactions are accurate
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to attention of a manager
- follow all bar recipes to deliver consistent products
- keep station clean and set up and take down station tables
- greet newly seated guests in a friendly and timely manner
- accurately take guests’ food and drink orders
- maintain thorough understanding of all menu items
- enter orders into Micros quickly and properly
- complete station side work at beginning and end of shift
- demonstrate ability to operate Micros and conduct credit card transactions
- ensure food is properly garnished and deliver trays to designated areas
- work quickly adhering to “full hands in, full hands out” philosophy
- participate in incentives and contests
- complete bar inventories and daily requisition sheets
- complete opening/closing duties
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- assist other team members as needed
- buss and reset tables
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food
- maintain favorable working relationships with team members
- listen to guests’ orders and communicate with team members verbally and via Micros
- smile frequently
- effectively communicate with guests to generate enthusiasm
- dress in proper dress code, looking neat, clean and professional
- work in noisy, fast paced environment
- be at least 18 years of age
