Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Team player with a sense of humor
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Ability to lift 30lbs frequently and up to 55lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk throughout the workday
- Ability to work under high physical, mental, and emotional stress
- Must comply with all federal, state, and local alcohol regulations
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience required
- Completed front of house training
- Must have active food handlers card and alcohol safety certification
- Demonstrate good math and communication skills
- Knowledge of job and proper bar techniques
- Initiative and creativity
- Ability to maintain working relations and effective communication

Job Duties
- Apply consistent focus on the guest by paying close attention to detail in performance of all tasks
- Participate in and foster positive team relations with wait team members, bartenders, and management
- Greet guests when they enter and thank them upon departure
- Provide warm hospitality with a smile and eye contact
- Take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests
- Deliver drinks and retrieve food for guests
- Check identification to verify age for alcohol purchase
- Mix drinks and cocktails according to company recipes and standards
- Use jiggers for precise alcohol pouring
- Garnish drinks as required
- Arrange bottles and glasses attractively
- Serve snacks or food to guests seated at the bar
- Make syrups and sauces following recipes
- Demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage products and promotions
- Resolve guest challenges creatively
- Prepare and restock bar inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Operate POS and perform cash handling accurately
- Verify bill authenticity and prepare cash drops
- Assist other positions as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
