Job Duties

  • Greet customers and learn about their preferences
  • answer customer questions and recommend menu items
  • prepare and serve beverages and food
  • upsell items to maximize sales
  • create and innovate drink recipes
  • use proper equipment and ingredients to ensure quality
  • perform basic cleaning and maintenance duties
