Job Requirements
- Proven experience working in a high volume restaurant
- previous experience with Toast POS preferred
- knowledge base of food, wine, and spirits
- accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- familiar with industry's best practices, including Department of Health standards
- availability to work weekends, nights, and some holidays
- ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- positive attitude
- a team player that's willing to work as a team to provide the best possible guest experience every time

Job Duties
- Greet and serve customers with a warm, hospitable demeanor while ensuring exceptional customer service
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards

- provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine and drink selections to enhance the dining experience
