Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends
- Must comply with all state and company alcohol service laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (optional)
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Commitment to great guest service
- Ability to work evening and night shifts
- Must meet minimum age requirements to sell and serve alcohol
- Experience in bartending or customer service is a plus
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Serve food, alcohol, and other beverages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work station
- Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and lane servers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent guest experiences
- Handle transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
- Ensure all health and safety standards are met during service
