Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
- ability to work cooperatively in a team setting with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Welcome and greet customers with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks mixes and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into POS system
- ensure customers are well attended, offer refills and clear unused items
- deliver and settle bills promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
