Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Current Hawaii alcohol service certification required
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand or walk for long periods
- Flexible work availability including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or banquet environment preferred
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits with ability to follow and present recipes consistently
- Excellent guest service and communication skills with an approachable and engaging style
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced entertainment venue
- Must be 21 years or older with current alcohol service certification (Hawaii’s liquor card required)
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistent with Limelight's recipes and brand standards
- Provide cocktail and beverage service for entertainment showroom during pre-show, intermission, and post-show service
- Serve à la carte dinner service
- Support breakfast, lunch, and dinner banquet events with beverage service
- Manage daily lunch service for guests and groups
- Maintain strong knowledge of signature cocktails, wine lists, local craft beers, and banquet beverage menus
- Engage with guests professionally and promote featured cocktails and upsell premium beverages
- Accurately enter orders into POS system and manage tabs efficiently
- Prepare bar setup, stock inventory, and ensure cleanliness before, during, and after service
- Adhere to state liquor laws, company alcohol service policies, and safe serving practices
- Assist banquet staff with beverage service for large events including setting up portable bars and specialty stations
- Collaborate with wait help, barbacks, and managers to deliver seamless guest experiences
