Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and welcome them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard recipe using the proper glassware and garnish
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Ensure guests are well attended to by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
  • Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank guests, and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety rules
