Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- Ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Duties
- Greet guests and welcome them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard recipe using the proper glassware and garnish
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- Ensure guests are well attended to by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank guests, and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety rules
