Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • minimum 1 year operating a full-service bar
  • able to hustle and maintain a strong work ethic during each shift
  • able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • legal authorization to work in the country
  • physically able to stand for extended periods
  • commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience operating a full-service bar
  • strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and bartending techniques
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • capable of multitasking and managing time effectively
  • friendly and outgoing personality
  • able to work well in a team setting

Job Duties

  • Providing an enjoyable bar experience for every guest
  • providing responsible service of alcoholic beverages
  • performing opening and closing duties
  • preparing and serving drinks accurately and efficiently
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed
  • engaging with guests to enhance their overall dining experience
