Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a bartender in a hotel or restaurant setting
  • strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beers
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and standards
  • ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • take drink orders and prepare beverages according to established recipes and standards
  • maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • ensure that all guests are of legal drinking age and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • upsell and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences
  • handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
