Job Requirements
- At least three years in high volume, upscale restaurant or hotel
- must possess current Serve Safe Food Handler Card and ABC card
- must be able to effectively communicate
- must be able to follow directions with focus to detail
- must be able to work under minimal supervision
- must be able to fulfill physical requirements of the job- carry/push cart with beverage heavy trays from time to time (40lb)
- be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)

Job Duties
- Set up the mise en place for the featured cocktails
- ensure bar is stocked up
- inform manager when items run low
- promptly greet guests as they are seated at the bar
- clear bar area after guests leave, take tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing
- respond immediately and appropriately to guest requests
- communicate with server, host and Maitre' D to assure efficient seating, table utilization and guest service
- thank guests as they are leaving
- maintain a high level of personal cleanliness and immaculate uniform presentation
- be a team player
- help out fellow staff whenever possible
