Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails according to Select Restaurants recipes
- Follow correct service procedures ensuring proper bar operations
- Adhere to laws and company policies regarding alcohol service
- Maintain personal cleanliness, proper uniform and professional demeanor
- Address guest inquiries and complaints professionally prioritizing guest satisfaction
- Cooperate with management and co-workers, suggesting improvements positively
- Perform set-up, sidework, and closing duties maintaining bar cleanliness and organization
- Promote food and beverage sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling
- Complete cash reports, handle payments accurately, follow credit card procedures
- Claim 100 percent of net total tips as required by law
- Know and follow emergency procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
