Job Requirements
- Must be of minimum legal age and authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capability to stand for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours
- ability to work well in a team setting with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending or mixology experience preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to accurately operate POS systems
- knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques
- good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
- strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sell beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure the customer is well attended, offer drink refills, and clear away any unused items
- deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
- follow all food safety rules
