Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend reach stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock beverages mixes and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sales of drinks appetizers and desserts
- Make all drinks to standard using the recipe glassware and garnish
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
- Ensure the guest is well attended offer refills and clear any unused items
- Deliver and settle the check in a timely manner thank guests and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
