Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with multitasking ability
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a smile when seated
- Prepare bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock limited beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to the standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Ensure customers are well served, offer drink refills and clear any items not in use
- Deliver and close out the check in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety rules
