Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • experience in customer service or bartending preferred
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • strong communication skills
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • friendly and approachable personality

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all beverages according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure customers are well attended to, offer drink refills, and clear unused items
  • deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety standards
