Job Requirements
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week to qualify for benefits

Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of prior barista experience
- understanding of coffee preparation, brewing methods, and espresso machines
- knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques
- customer service oriented with good communication skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- attention to quality and presentation of drinks
- enthusiasm for coffee, specialty beverages, and hospitality
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service
- have great communication, organizational and time management skills
- express passion and love for the art and craft of coffee and cocktails
- provide excellent customer service to cafe and bar patrons
- prepare and serve high quality coffee and espresso drinks during the day and then transition to a bar setting
- make blended drinks, tea beverages, and other cocktail drinks
- provide customers with product details and make recommendations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
- stock, inventory, and replenish cafe supplies
- operate cafe equipment like espresso machines safely
- assist with opening and closing duties
