Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of work experience in a related field
- Ability to lift more than 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays, and late shifts
- Certification by the Cocopah Tribal Gaming Office
- Food handler’s card
- Liquor law training within 6 months of hire
- Must be 18 years or older
- COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain
Job Qualifications
- Follows all policies and procedures for bartenders
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be certifiable by the Cocopah Tribal Gaming Office
- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends, holidays, and late shifts
- Must be able to lift more than 50 lbs
- Must obtain a food handler’s card
- Must have liquor law training within 6 months of hire date
- Must be COVID-19 vaccinated or willing to obtain
Job Duties
- Takes orders from customers for liquor, beer, wine, and food
- Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- Serves wine and draught or bottled beer
- Accurately input orders in the Point of Sale System and cash out patrons
- Arrange bottles and glasses to make an attractive display
- Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks, Stocks and rotates beer, liquor, and juices
- Makes drinks for cocktail servers when needed
- Maintains a clean and safe bar area
- Washes glassware and any utensils used
- Engages with patrons and gives good customer service
