- ability to operate Micros system and handle credit card transactions

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of any problems or significant matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to sanitation procedures
- maintain responsibility for personal bank and financial transactions
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and report concerns to management
- follow bar recipes to ensure consistency and control costs
- keep station clean and set up tables appropriately
- greet newly seated guests in a friendly and timely manner
- accurately take guests' food and drink orders
- maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items
- enter orders into Micros system quickly and accurately
- complete sales and station side work at shift start and end
- operate Micros and manage credit card transactions
- ensure food is properly garnished and delivered
- work efficiently adhering to "full hands in, full hands out" philosophy
- participate in sales incentives and contests
- complete bar inventories and requisition sheets
- perform opening and closing duties
- assist in party set up and breakdown
- support other team members as needed
- buss and reset tables
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back and responding promptly
- maintain positive working relationships with company team members
- listen and communicate effectively with guests and team
- maintain friendliness and frequent smiling
- generate enthusiasm about the Dave & Buster's experience
- comply with dress code and cleanliness standards
- work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
- meet age requirement of at least 18 years
