Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Alcohol certification and Serve Safe certification a plus
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Positive demeanor
- Must comply with all local and state alcohol regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced casual dining environment is a plus
- Knowledge of craft beers, cocktails, and mixology techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to responsible alcohol service
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Deliver genuine hospitality while efficiently crafting every drink to perfection and serving guests responsibly
- Be fanatical in mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests and team members following standard recipes and procedures
- Guide guests through the food and beverage menus demonstrating thorough knowledge of all offerings
- Provide timely, attentive, fun, and friendly service to guests and team members ensuring guests feel valued and well cared for
- Take pride in keeping the bar area clean, sanitized, and stocked
- Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests
- Make guests feel welcome by engaging with them and creating a lively and fun atmosphere
