Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow recipes and preparation standards
- proficiency with POS systems
- detail-oriented with multitasking ability
- team player with customer-focused attitude
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly upon seating
- prepare bar stations and restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes before opening and as needed
- suggest and upsell drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all beverages according to standards, recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- accurately take and enter food and drink orders into POS system
- ensure customers are well-served, offer drink refills and clear unused items
- deliver and settle the check promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
