Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
- Alcohol certification and Serve Safe certification a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to handle cash transactions
- Must be flexible and reliable
- Strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or mixology experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu
Job Duties
- Deliver genuine hospitality while efficiently crafting every drink to perfection and serving guests responsibly
- Be fanatical in mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes and procedures
- Guide guests through the food and beverage menus demonstrating thorough knowledge of offerings
- Provide timely, attentive, fun, and friendly service to guests and team members
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and stocking of the bar area
- Create positive first impressions to build guest loyalty
- Engage with guests to create a lively and fun bar atmosphere
