- friendly and thoughtful interaction with co-workers and front-of-house team members
- knowledge of mixology and drink preparation techniques
- ability to provide excellent guest service and communication
- experience in a customer-facing role preferred
Job Duties
- deliver genuine hospitality while efficiently crafting every drink to perfection and serving guests responsibly
- be fanatical in mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests at the bar and provide drinks and service to team members following standard recipes and procedures
- guide guests through food and beverage menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of all offerings
- provide timely, attentive, fun and friendly service to guests and team members to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for
- take pride in keeping the bar area clean, sanitized and stocked
- create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests
- make guests feel welcome by engaging with them and creating a lively and fun atmosphere
