This position is located at the Bowling Center on McConnell Air Force Base (AFB), a prominent military installation dedicated to supporting the mission readiness and welfare of service members and their families. Job Requirements
- Must be able to complete a pre-employment physical
- meet minimum age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
- able to obtain Food Handler's Certificate or complete food handler training
- successful completion of Tier 1 background investigation
- experience in mixing alcoholic beverages
- physical ability to perform job functions
- ability to communicate effectively
- willingness to adhere to cash handling procedures

- Experience mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale
- knowledge of a wide variety of beverages and ingredients
- ability to recognize and handle intoxicated patrons
- skill in cash handling and transactional procedures
- physical ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 40 pounds
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Food Handler's Certificate or ability to obtain one
Job Duties
- Mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
- recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and resolve issues or seek assistance
- follow cash handling procedures
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bar area
- communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service
- lift and move objects weighing up to 40 pounds as needed
- comply with food safety and handling regulations
