Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- ability to stand walk bend etc for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- arrive on time and in clean pressed uniform with a positive attitude ready to work
- complete tasks assigned by MOD in a timely manner
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience bartending
- craft cocktail and wine knowledge
- POS experience
- ability to multi-task
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- strong task and time management abilities
- eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques
Job Duties
- Welcome customers reading and listening to people to determine food and beverage preferences making recommendations and taking orders
- prepare scratch-made mixers and garnishes
- recipe adherence
- check identifications to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol
- adhere to all food safety and quality regulations
- handle cash credit and debit card transactions ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons balancing the cash register
- maintain a positive engaging personality and professional appearance
