Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartending or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and passion for guest service
- Basic knowledge of cocktails and drink preparation advantageous
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and serve drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible service policies
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately
- Assist with restocking and inventory management
