Job Requirements
- Able to operate blenders, frozen drink machines and other bar equipment
- Stands during entire shift
- Frequent immersion of hands in water every five minutes
- Ability to wipe down tabletops, table legs, pick up debris off floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant
- Transports glass racks cases up to 25 pounds such as a case of beer up to 15 times per shift
- Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Must have ability to remain stationary for long periods of up to four hours in length
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as bartender, mixologist, or related hospitality role preferred but not required
- Ability to operate bar equipment like blenders and frozen drink machines
- Strong physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic math, reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following Applebee's specifications
- Operate blenders, frozen drink machines, and other bar equipment
- Maintain cleanliness by wiping down tabletops, table legs, booth seats, and picking up debris
- Transport glass racks or cases weighing up to 25 pounds multiple times per shift
- Stand during entire shift
- Engage in regular communication with guests and team members
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
