Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Work days, nights or weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Stand or walk for 100 percent of the shift
- Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
- Adhere to proper dress code and maintain professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- Restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests to generate enthusiasm
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Friendly with ability to smile frequently
- Skilled in operating Micros point-of-sale system
- Knowledge of bar recipes and food menu items
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in an ideal celebration environment
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of significant problems or unusual matters and take corrective action
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Manage personal cash bank and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication and manage intoxicated guests
- Assess guest demeanor and notify manager when necessary
