Job Requirements
- Must have an Alcohol Seller-Server Training Certificate or complete alcohol training and pass within 30 days of hire
- Experience in creating and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be caring, organized, and able to multitask
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents, families, guests, and other associates in English

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to residents
- Maintain the bar area including cleanliness and inventory management
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to handle transactions
- Provide outstanding customer service and engage residents in a friendly manner
- Ensure responsible alcohol service compliant with regulations
- Monitor supplies and request restocking as needed
- Assist with organizing and supporting social events involving beverage services
