Job Requirements

  • Must have an Alcohol Seller-Server Training Certificate or complete alcohol training and pass within 30 days of hire
  • Experience in creating and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be caring, organized, and able to multitask
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents, families, guests, and other associates in English

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a caring and friendly attitude
  • Certified Alcohol Seller-Server Training or willingness to obtain within 30 days
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to residents
  • Maintain the bar area including cleanliness and inventory management
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to handle transactions
  • Provide outstanding customer service and engage residents in a friendly manner
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service compliant with regulations
  • Monitor supplies and request restocking as needed
  • Assist with organizing and supporting social events involving beverage services
