Job Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining experience
- Be passionate about delivering gracious hospitality and exhilarating brewhouse experiences
- Be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Be 21 years of age or older
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, casual dining environment
- Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, and wine
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve expertly crafted cocktails and drinks
- Connect guests to the brewhouse experience by recommending beverage and food pairings
- Craft memorable moments with knowledge of craft beverage recipes and service techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest service
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Ensure compliance with all safety and licensing regulations
