Job Requirements

  • Craft bartending experience for a minimum of 1 year required
  • Verify customers' identification to ensure legal age

  • Experience working in an elevated service environment
  • Exceptional food and beverage product knowledge
  • Ability to make drinks quickly and accurately
  • Punctual, timely and responsible
  • Superior communication skills
  • Clean and well-groomed appearance
  • Must possess sound and professional judgment
  • Well-organized and efficient workstyle
  • Able to multitask
  • Constant standing and walking
  • Occasional stooping, kneeling and crawling
  • Occasional ascending or descending of ladders, stairs and/or ramps
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing and rotation of the spine, elbows and wrists
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular and continuing basis
  • Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs
  • Constant talking and communication with guests and employees
  • Constant use of POS/Computer systems
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
  • Verify customers' identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create memorable dining experiences
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Adhere to all federal, state, municipal, and corporate alcohol service regulations
