Job Requirements
- Craft bartending experience for a minimum of 1 year required
- Verify customers' identification to ensure legal age

- Experience working in an elevated service environment
- Exceptional food and beverage product knowledge
- Ability to make drinks quickly and accurately
- Punctual, timely and responsible

- Clean and well-groomed appearance

- Constant standing and walking
- Occasional stooping, kneeling and crawling
- Occasional ascending or descending of ladders, stairs and/or ramps
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours per shift
- Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing and rotation of the spine, elbows and wrists
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular and continuing basis
- Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs
- Constant talking and communication with guests and employees
- Constant use of POS/Computer systems
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Verify customers' identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service to create memorable dining experiences
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Adhere to all federal, state, municipal, and corporate alcohol service regulations
