Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred
  • knowledge of drink preparation and bar operations
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standards using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and clear away unused items
  • deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
