Job Requirements
- 3+ years bartending experience required
- must have a high degree of professional integrity, and be able to work safely, effectively, and efficiently
- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to speak English clearly, distinctly, and cordially with staff and vendors
- ability to read and write English to understand and interpret written procedures
- proficiency in effectively presenting information and responding to questions from staff and vendors
- must abide by all safety rules and perform tasks by practicing safe work habits
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching with hands and arms, talking and hearing
- specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years bartending experience

Job Duties
- Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and professional growth
- Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area through disposing of all waste, clearing and cleaning all glassware, and wiping down bar and preparation areas
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- Monitor drink preparation, presentation, and service to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Address any issues or concerns related to beverage quality promptly and effectively
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of beverages, including ingredients, flavor profiles, and preparation techniques
- Engage with guests meaningfully and warmly, ensuring all visitors feel welcomed and comfortable
