Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of bartending experience
  • knowledge of state liquor laws
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • take orders and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • serve beverages and light meals to residents and guests
  • maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
  • maintain knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections
  • maintain knowledge of designated glassware, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes for each drink
  • strictly abide by state liquor regulations
  • assist with weekly and monthly inventories
