Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a bartender in a fine dining restaurant
  • Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
  • Basic understanding of food and beverage pairings
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, and beer
  • Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and excellent customer service
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
