Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender in a fine dining restaurant
- Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
- Basic understanding of food and beverage pairings
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, and beer
- Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and excellent customer service
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
