Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- legally eligible to serve alcohol in the state of employment
- effective communication skills
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to multitask and handle high volume during peak hours
- commitment to upholding company service standards and culture
Job Qualifications
- one to three months related bartending experience or training
- state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- passion for food and beverage service

- knowledge of drink preparation and wine service
Job Duties
- greet customers within 30 seconds with a warm friendly greeting
- make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
- prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
- conduct wine service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- ensure compliance with all state and federal alcohol laws and regulations
- provide exceptional guest service and support team members
