Job Requirements
- Minimum age 21 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift moderate weight as required
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending or relevant hospitality experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and orders
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to company standards
- Guide guests through menus and provide beverage and food recommendations
- Take accurate drink orders and ensure attentive, friendly service
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols rigorously
- Build guest relationships that encourage return visits
- Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed
