Job Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Availability to work varied shifts including weekends
Ability to tolerate frequent exposure to liquids such as water, cleaning solutions, alcohol, and juices
Completion of alcohol awareness training
Ability to work in confined, crowded spaces with variable noise and temperature levels
Must comply with all workplace safety and sanitation guidelines and policies

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending or related hospitality experience preferred
Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of alcohol safety and responsible service practices
Ability to operate POS systems and related technology
Commitment to teamwork and excellent customer service

Job Duties

Prepare and serve beverages to guests according to recipes
Stock and restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice and supplies
Work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
Service a full bar top, cocktail station, and dining room orders effectively
Safely and effectively transport food or beverages to a table of three in a single trip
Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment, including knives and blenders
Effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
