Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology basics
- Ability to provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Effective communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Greet guests and welcome them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks to standard using recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- Ensure the guest is well attended, offer drink refills, and clear any unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank guests, and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
