Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology basics
  • Ability to provide friendly and attentive customer service
  • Effective communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and welcome them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks to standard using recipes, glassware, and garnishes
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Ensure the guest is well attended, offer drink refills, and clear any unused items
  • Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank guests, and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
