Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Minimum of 1 year related bartending or hospitality experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
Maintain professional appearance and personal hygiene
Commitment to creating a safe and welcoming workplace environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience in bartending or hospitality
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Basic math skills for handling transactions
No supervisory experience required

Job Duties

Mix and serve beverages to guests according to established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Build and maintain relationships with guests to enhance their experience
Monitor and manage inventory levels of bar supplies
Ensure accurate handling of monetary transactions and comply with cash handling policies
Collaborate with other hotel departments to support guest service needs
Adhere to all health, safety, and company policies during operations
