Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year related bartending or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
- Maintain professional appearance and personal hygiene
- Commitment to creating a safe and welcoming workplace environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience in bartending or hospitality
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- No supervisory experience required
Job Duties
- Mix and serve beverages to guests according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Build and maintain relationships with guests to enhance their experience
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of bar supplies
- Ensure accurate handling of monetary transactions and comply with cash handling policies
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to support guest service needs
- Adhere to all health, safety, and company policies during operations
